Claims (10)
- 금속염 수용액에 환원제를 첨가하여 금속입자를 생성시키는 방법에 있어서,상기 금속염 수용액에 폴리스타이렌술폰산 또는 리그닌술폰산의 고분자 전해질을 첨가하여 고분자-금속염 착체를 형성한 후에,여기에 NaBH4, LiAlBH4, 히드라진 및 히드라진 수화물 중에서 선택된 무기 환원제를 첨가하여 100 nm 이하의 초미세 크기의 금속입자를 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 초미세 금속입자 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속염은 은(Ag), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 금(Au), 코발트(Co) 및 팔라듐(Pd) 중에서 선택된 금속이온의 질산염, 황산염, 탄산염 또는 염화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 초미세 금속입자 용액의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환원제는 금속염 1 당량에 대하여 0.2 ∼ 2 당량 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 초미세 금속입자 용액의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생성된 금속입자가 100 nm 이하의 초미세 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 초미세 금속입자 용액의 제조방법.
