Claims (1)
- 강재기둥 상부에 천정보가 설치되어 상기 천정보가 천정토사를 받치고 있는 C형강 흙막이패널을 지지하게 되는 도로지하터널 천정의 쐐기 압입 설치공법에 있어서, 폐합성수지로 사출 성형되고 C형강 흙막이패널(40)의 저면에 밀착 지지되도록 상면에 평편한 지지면(31)과 저면 일측에 삽입경사면(33) 그리고 삽입경사면(33)의 반대편 측면중앙에 정착홀(32)이 형성된 연성PE쐐기(30) 및 저부로부터 지지발톱(53)과, 상기 지지발톱(53)에 후단부가 회동 가능하게 설치되는 받침대(54)와, 상기 받침대(54)의 선단에 설치되며 유압기(51)와 유압호스(52)로 연결된 압입잭실린더(55)와, 상기 압입잭실린더(55)에 출몰 가능하게 설치되는 붐대(56)와, 상기 붐대(56)에 선단에 설치되며 상면 중앙에 정착구(58)가 부착된 받침판(57)으로 이루어진 압입장치(50)를 구비하여 상기 압입장치(50)의 정착구(58)에 연성PE쐐기(30)의 정착홀(32)에 삽입하되, 상기 연성PE쐐기(30)가 설치된 압착장치의 지지발톱(53)을 천정보(20)의 일측 공간부에 삽입 지지하도록 하는 한편, 상기 연성PE쐐기(30)의 삽입경사면(33) 부위를 C형강 흙막이패널(40)과 천정보(20)에 끼워 이를 압착장치로 대향되게 압입시켜 C형강 흙막이패널(40)을 천정굴착선에 밀어올려 토사빠짐 누수 추락을 예방할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로지하터널 천정의 쐐기 압입 설치공법.
