Claims (3)
- 중량%로, C : 0.01%이하, Mn : 1.0~3.0%, P : 0.03%이하, Si : 0.3~0.8%, S : 0.015% 이하, Sol-Al : 0.06%이하, N : 0.005%이하, Cu:0.5~1.0%, Ti : 0.01 - 0.04%, Nb는 다음의 조건, 6.63[C] + 0.02% ≤Nb ≤ 6.63[C] + 0.04%를 만족하고, 나머지 Fe와 기타 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되고, 인장강도가 50Kg/㎟이상이고, rm 값 (수직이방성의 평균값) 이 1.6이상이고, 연성취성천이온도가 가공비 1.9하에서 -80℃이하를 만족하는 내2차가공취성 및 성형성이 우수한 고장력강판.

- 중량%로, C : 0.01%이하, Mn : 1.0~3.0%, P : 0.03%이하, Si : 0.3~0.8%, S : 0.015% 이하, Sol-Al : 0.06%이하, N : 0.005%이하, Cu:0.5~1.0%, Ti : 0.01 - 0.04%, Nb는 다음의 조건, 6.63[C] + 0.02% ≤Nb ≤ 6.63[C] + 0.04%를 만족하고, 나머지 Fe와 기타 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 알루미늄 킬드강을 1200∼1250℃의 온도범위에서 균질화처리후, 마무리압연온도 Ar3이상의 조건으로 열간압연하고, 550 -700℃에서 권취한 다음, 냉간압연하고, 800℃ 이상에서 연속소둔한 다음, 조질압연하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 내2차가공취성 및 성형성이 우수한 고장력강판의 제조방법.
