Claims (11)
- 플라스틱 시료를 포함하는 폐자원을 수용하는 호퍼(Hopper)와;자유낙하에 의해 상기 플라스틱 시료를 단계적으로 하방 이송을 실시하기 위한 다수의 컨베이어와;상기 다수의 컨베이어 중 적어도 어느 하나에 장착되어 상기 폐자원 중 플라스틱의 특정 종류만을 선별하기 위한 하나 이상의 프루브 유닛 및 상기 프루브 유닛과 연결된 분석기와;고압의 에어(Air)를 방출하기 위한 공압기와;상기 공압기와 연결되어 상기 프루브 유닛이 구성된 컨베이어의 자유낙하 지점에 구비되는 다수의 노즐과;상기 공압기와 상기 다수의 노즐간에 체결되어 고압의 에어를 해당 노즐에 방출시키기 위한 다수의 전자밸브와;상기 다수의 노즐과 대향되는 부위에 동종의 플라스틱을 수용하기 위한 분류함과;상기 다수의 컨베이어 중 이송이 최종적으로 완료되는 컨베이어의 말단부위에 위치하여 폐자원을 재수용 하는 수거함과;상기 다수의 컨베이어를 구성하는 복수의 컨베이어 모터와, 분석기와, 공압기와, 다수의 전자밸브와 각각 연결되어 이들을 총괄 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 컨베이어는,상기 호퍼의 하방에 위치하며 플라스틱 시료의 상방 이송을 실시하는 제1컨베이어와;제1컨베이어 중 상방에 위치하는 일측단 하방에 위치하는 제2컨베이어와;상기 제2컨베이어의 하방에 동일 높이 간격으로 상기 제2컨베이어와 동일한 구성의 제4 및 제6컨베이어와;상기 제2컨베이어와 제4컨베이어 및, 제4컨베이어와 제6컨베이어 및, 제6컨베이어와 상기 수거함 간에 설치되어 이들을 연결하여 플라스틱 시료의 운송이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 제3 및 제5 및 제7컨베이어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1컨베이어의 상방에 개재되는 구동롤러에는,영구자석이 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2컨베이어는,상기 제1컨베이어의 이송속도보다 빠르게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프루브 유닛은,복수의 입력측 광섬유가 컨베이어 벨트의 폭을 따라 동일간격 형성되며, 근적외선 광원을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프루브 유닛은,상기 제2 및 제4 및 제6컨베이어 중 플라스틱 시료가 자유낙하 되어 떨어지는 지점과 인접한 부위에 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 노즐은,상기 입력측 광섬유당 적어도 하나 이상의 노즐이 하나의 전자밸브와 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,적어도 하나 이상의 상기 프루브 유닛과 분석기에 의해 검출된 플라스틱 분석데이터를 근거로 하여,상기 다수의 컨베이어를 구동시키는 컨베이어 모터의 회전속도와;상기 공압기의 온/오프(On/Off)와;상기 다수의 전자밸브의 개폐여부;를 총괄 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 자동 분류장치.
