Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 유리기판 상에 감광막을 도포하는 단계;상기 도포된 감광막을 노광 및 현상한후 베이크하여 라인 형태를 가지면서 반원통형의 단면을 갖는 감광막패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 감광막패턴 상에 금속막을 증착하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 금속라인 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감광막은 PC335 또는 PC403 중에서 선택되는 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 금속라인 형성방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 PC335를 사용하여 감광막패턴을 형성하는 경우는도포된 감광막을 120 내지 140℃의 온도에서 2 내지 3분간 1차 포스트 베이크한 후, 180 내지 230℃ 온도에서 30 내지 90분간 2차 베이크하는 방식으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 금속라인 형성방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 PC403을 사용하여 감광막패턴을 형성하는 경우는,도포된 감광막을 120 내지 140℃의 온도에서 2 내지 3분간 1차 포스트 베이크한 후, 160 내지 210℃ 온도에서 30 내지 90분간 2차 베이크하는 방식으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 금속라인 형성방법.
