- 평면 및 곡면 흑연화 층상 구조가 연결된 복수개의 층으로 이루어지며 내부 중심이 비어 있고, 입자의 형상이 원통 형태가 아닌 구 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 미세 입자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,입자의 평균 입경이 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 미세 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,3∼4V/㎛ 정도에서 전계 방출 특성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 미세 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,X선 회절 분석데이터에서 (002), (100) 및 (101) 피크를 나타내며, (002) 피크는 좌우 비대칭 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 미세 입자.
