Claims (11)
- 상, 하로 서로 맞서 위치되는 두개의 롤을 포함하여 연속소둔로인 탈탄소둔로의 출측에 설치되어 상기 두 롤사이를 통과하는 탈탄소둔된 강판에 소둔분리제를 도포하도록 구성되는 소둔분리제 코팅용 롤 코터에 있어서,강판의 진행방향과 10-80°(도)의 각도를 갖는 그루브가 상기 두 롤의 각각의 표면에 형성되고;상기 그루브는 70~110°의 산의 각도, 1 인치당 25~40개의 산의 수 및 0.1~0.4mm의 골의 깊이를 갖고; 그리고상기 그루브의 골 면적은 3.0∼8.0㎟/inch인 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔분리제 코팅용 롤 코터
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그루브는 사다리꼴 형태의 골 및 삼각형 형태의 산으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소둔분리제 코팅용 롤 코터

- 규소강 슬라브를 열간압연, 냉간압연, 탈탄소둔, 소둔분리제 코팅 및 고온소둔하는 공정을 포함하는 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 소둔분리제의 코팅이 제1항 또는 제2항의 소둔분리제 코팅용 롤 코터를 이용하여 이루어지고;상기 소둔분리제의 코팅 시 강판의 이동속도는 60~100 MPM이고, 그리고 권취장력은 6.0~8.0kg/㎟이고; 그리고 상기 소둔분리제의 코팅시 평균코팅층 두께가 30.0 ~65.0㎛가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성전기강판의 제조방법
