Claims (6)
- 음전극과 양전극 사이에서 발생되는 전기적 아크(arc)를 이용하여 유입되는 가스(gas)를 가열하여 플라즈마(Plasma)를 형성시키는 플라즈마 발생장치(Plasma Torch)에 있어서;두 플라즈마 토치(torch)의 각 노즐(nozzle) 끝의 연장선이 교차되도록 서로 일정각을 이루며 경사지게 설치되고 각 상부전극(electrode)에 서로 다른 극성(polarity)의 전원을 인가할 때 각 상부전극 사이에 발생되어 노즐의 외부로 분출된 전기적 아크가 연결되어 가스를 가열하며,각 플라즈마 토치에 제공되는 가스(gas)는 스팀(steam)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 두 플라즈마 토치(torch)는 30°내지 180°사이의 각(角을) 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 발생장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서; 상기 플라즈마 토치는,서로 절연된 상부전극, 중간전극 및 노즐전극과,상기 상부전극과 중간전극 사이에 초기 전기적 아크를 발생시키는 수단과,상기 상부전극을 보호하기 위한 가스를 상부전극과 중간전극을 절연하기 위한 절연체를 관통하여 제공하기 위한 제1가스주입수단과,상기 중간전극과 노즐전극 사이에 플라즈마 형성가스를 주입하는 제2가스주입수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 발생장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서; 제1, 제2가스주입수단은 각각,주입되는 가스가 일정한 방향성을 갖도록 회전시키기 위한 소용돌이링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 발생장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서;두 플라즈마 토치가 일정한 각도를 유지할 수 있도록 고정하는 고정몸체가 구비되며, 상기 고정몸체에는 노즐전극의 온도를 적정하게 유지시키기 위한 냉각로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 발생장치.
