Description
Claims (4)
- 서로 이격되어 대향하는 제1 및 제2 투명 기판과;상기 제1 투명 기판의 상부에 위치하며 투과홀을 갖는 보호층과;상기 보호층 상부로 상기 투과홀을 제외한 영역에 형성된 반사판과;상기 반사판 및 상기 반사판 사이로 노출된 투과홀 상부에 형성된 화소전극과;상기 제2 투명 기판의 하부에 위치하고, 상기 반사판과 대응되는 영역에 평면적으로 지그재그 형태의 경계를 갖도록 형성된 버퍼 패턴과;상기 버퍼패턴 하부에 형성된 반사부 컬러필터와, 상기 투과홀과 대응하는 영역에 상기 반사부 컬러필터의 두께보다 더 두꺼운 두께를 가지며 형성된 투과부 컬러필터와;상기 컬러필터 하부의 투명전극과;상기 화소전극 및 투명전극 사이에 충진된 액정층을 포함하여 구성됨으로써 상기 지그재그 형태의 경계를 갖는 버퍼 패턴에 의해 상기 반사부와 투과부의 컬러필터 두께차가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼패턴에 다수의 홀이 형성된 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 홀은 상기 컬러필터 패턴 형성 시 단차진 상기 버퍼패턴의 경계로 흘러내리는 컬러 포토 레지스트가 캡처되며 채워짐으로써 상기 반사부와 투과부의 컬러필터의 두께차를 더욱 조절하는 것이 특징인 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼패턴은 투명 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
