- 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 스티렌계 단량체를a) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 전이금속 화합물의 촉매; 및b) ⅰ) 알킬알루미녹산; 및ⅱ) 알킬알루미녹산과 알킬알루미늄의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 조촉매를 포함하는 촉매 시스템 하에 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 신디오탁틱 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1의 식에서,M은 주기율표 상의 3∼10족의 전이원소이고,R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, 및 R6는 각각 독립적으로 또는 동시에, 수소원자, 할로겐기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 알킬실릴기, 알콕시기, 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴기, 아릴알킬기, 알킬아릴기, 아릴실릴기, 아릴알킬실릴기, 할로아릴기, 또는 아릴옥시기이며,X는 σ-배위자인 작용기로, 각각 독립적으로 또는 동시에, 수소원자, 할로겐기, 히드록시기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 알킬실릴기, 알케닐기, 알콕시기, 알케닐옥시기, 티오알콕시기, 아미드기, 알코올아민기, 카르복실기, 술포닐기, 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴기, 알킬아릴기, 아릴알킬기, 아릴실릴기, 할로아릴기, 아릴옥시기, 아릴알콕시기, 티오아릴기, 아릴아미드기, 또는 아릴알킬아미드기이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 b)의 알킬알루미녹산이 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물인 신디오탁틱 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법:[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2의 식에서,R7은 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 치환되지 않거나 치환된 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 치환되지 않거나 치환된 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴기, 알킬아릴기, 또는 아릴알킬기이며, n은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 b)의 알킬알루미늄이 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물인 신디오탁틱 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법:[화학식 3]상기 화학식 3의 식에서,R8, R9, 및 R10은, 각각 독립적으로 또는 동시에, 수소원자, 할로겐기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 치환되지 않거나 치환된 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 치환되지 않거나 치환된 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 40의 아릴기, 알킬아릴기, 또는 아릴알킬기이며, 상기 R8, R9, 및 R10 중에서 적어도 어느 하나는 알킬기이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스티렌계 단량체는 스티렌, 스티렌 유도체, 또는 스티렌과 스티렌 유도체의 혼합물인 신디오탁틱 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 중합은 슬러리상 중합, 액상 중합, 기상 중합, 또는 괴상 중합인 신디오탁틱 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
