Abstract

본 발명은 종래에 아파트 단독주택 등의 주거 시설이나 병원, 학교, 지하철등 건축물의 외벽이나 실내, 욕실 등의 내장재로 시공되어 외관이 깨끗한 느낌을 주는 타일은 대부분 표면이 단일 색상으로 형성되어 있어 시공 후 시각적으로 단조롭게 보일 뿐만 아니라 장식적인 감각이 미흡하였던 폐단을 해소하기 위해 마블. 세라믹 등 타일의 표면에 형성된 요입부에 동일한 크기의 금속재를 내입, 접착한 후 금속재 표면의 내입홈으로는 다이아몬드, 수정(보석류) 등을 셋팅, 접착하여 시공중인 건축물에 부착하므로써 미관상 좋고 고품위의 장식적인 효과를 표출시킬 수 있도록 하는 타일의 제조방법을 발명한 것임.

Description

보석류가 셋팅된 건축용 타일의 제조방법{manufacture method of tile for construction}
본 발명은 보석류가 셋팅된 건축용 타일의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 마블. 세라믹 등 타일의 표면 요입부에 접착된 금속체에 다이아몬드, 수정(보석류) 등을 셋팅하여 시공하므로써 외관이 아름답게 표출될 수 있게 한 것이다.
종래에 아파트 단독주택 등의 주거 시설이나 병원, 학교, 지하철등 건축물의 외벽이나 실내, 욕실 등의 내장재로 시공되어 외관이 깨끗한 느낌을 주는 타일은 대부분 표면이 단일 색상으로 형성되어 있어 시공 후 시각적으로 단조롭게 보일 뿐만 아니라 장식적인 감각이 미흡하였던 폐단이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 폐단을 해소하기 위해 마블. 세라믹 등 타일의 표면에 형성된 요입부에 동일한 크기의 금속재를 내입, 접착한 후 금속재 표면의 내입홈으로는 다이아몬드, 수정(보석류) 등을 셋팅, 접착하여 시공중인 건축물에 부착하므로써 미관상 좋고 고품위의 장식적인 효과를 표출시킬 수 있도록 하는 타일의 제조방법을 발명한 것으로 공정에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제 1 공정
마블. 세라믹 등 타일(1)의 표면에 임의의 형상으로 된 요입부(2)를 형성한다
제 2 공정
제 1 공정을 거친 요입부(2)에 접착제(3)를 도포한다.
제 3 공정
제 2 공정을 거친 접착제(3) 표면에 요입부(2)와 동일한 형상의 금속재(4)를 내입, 접착, 고정한다.
제 4 공정
제 3 공정을 거친 금속재(4) 표면 내입홈(5)에 다이아몬드, 수정(보석류)(6) 등을 셋팅, 접착하여 제조하는 것이다.
이와같은 공정을 거쳐 제조되는 본 발명은 마블. 세라믹 등 타일(1)의 표면에 임의의 형상으로 된 요입부(2)에 접착제(3)를 도포하고 요입부(2)와 동일한 형상의 금속재(4)를 내입, 타일(1)의 평면과 동일하게 접착, 고정함이 바람직하지만 타일(1) 면보다 다소 높거나 낮게 선택적으로 조정하여 접착, 고정할 수도 있으며 금속재(4) 표면에 형성된 내입홈(5)으로는 다이아몬드, 수정(보석류)(6) 등을 수개 또는 다수개 셋팅, 접착하므로써 이탈되지 않고 금속재(4)는 타일(1)에 내입, 고정된 채 변색되지 않으면서 다이아몬드, 수정(보석류)(6) 등이 빠지지 않게 해주므로 한번 부착하면 입체적인 아름다움이 오랫동안 표출되는 것이다.
이와같은 본 발명의 타일은 미관상 좋으므로 시공하고자 하는 건축물의 벽면 등에 부착하면 장식적인 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 마블. 세라믹 등 타일의 표면에 임의의 형상으로 된 요입부(2)에 접착제(3)를 도포하고 요입부(2)와 동일한 형상의 금속재(4)를 내입, 접착, 고정한 후 금속재(4) 표면의 내입홈(5)에는 다이아몬드, 수정(보석류)(6) 등을 셋팅, 접착하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 보석류가 셋팅된 건축용 타일의 제조방법.
