Claims (9)
- 액체(L)를 저장하는 액체 저장부(31)와, 이 액체 저장부(31)의 액체(L)가 선단부(41)에 공급되는 진동원(40)과, 이 진동원(40)의 선단부(41)의 단부면에 접촉하여 배치되고 다수의 미세 구멍(2)이 형성되어 있는 메시 부재(1)를 구비하여, 액체 저장부(31)의 액체(L)를 진동원(40)과 메시 부재(1)의 진동 작용에 의해 분무화하는 액체 분무 장치로서,상기 액체 저장부(31)는 상기 장치를 진동원(40) 측으로 기울였을 때에 액체(L)가 진동원(40)의 선단부(41)와 메시 부재(1)의 접촉부 근방까지 도달하고, 상기 장치를 수평상태로 유지했을 때는 액체(L)가 상기 접촉부 근방에 도달하지 않도록 형성되어 있는 액체 분무 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 저장부(31)는 대용량 부분(B)과, 이 대용량 부분(B)에 연통하여, 상기 진동원(40)의 선단부(41)에 대향하는 소용량 부분(b)으로 이루어지고, 소용량 부분(b)은 그 액체(L)가 진동원(40)의 선단부(41)와 메시 부재(1)의 접촉부 근방에 접촉하도록 형성되어 있는 액체 분무 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액체 저장부(31)는 상기 장치를 수평 상태로 한 경우에 있어서, 대용량 부분(B)의 액체(L)가 일정량 이하가 되었을 때에 대용량 부분(B)의 액체(L)와 소용량 부분(b)의 액체(L')를 분리하도록 형성되어 있는 액체 분무 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분무화된 약액을 분무하는 개구부(60)와, 이 개구부(60)에 부착되는 메시 캡(55)을 더 구비하고, 상기 메시 부재(1)는 한쪽의 지지 부재(50)와 다른쪽의 지지 부재(52) 사이에 끼워져 진동원(40)의 선단부(41)의 단부면에 접촉 상태로 고정되며, 양 지지 부재(50, 52)는 상기 메시 캡(55)에 패킹(51)에 의해 일체로 부착되고, 이 메시 캡(55)은 별도의 패킹(56)을 끼워 개구부에 부착되어 있는 액체 분무 장치.
- 액체(L)를 저장하는 액체 저장부(31)와, 이 액체 저장부(31)의 액체(L)가 선단부(41)에 공급되는 진동원(40)과, 이 진동원(40)의 선단부(41)의 단부면에 접촉하여 배치되고 다수의 미세 구멍(2)이 형성되어 있는 메시 부재(1)를 구비하여, 액체 저장부(31)의 액체(L)를 진동원(40)과 메시 부재(1)의 진동 작용에 의해 분무화하는 액체 분무 장치로서,분무화된 약액을 분무하는 개구부(60)와, 이 개구부(60)에 부착되는 메시 캡(55)을 구비하고, 상기 메시 부재(1)는 한쪽의 지지 부재(50)와 다른쪽의 지지 부재(52) 사이에 끼워져 진동원(40)의 선단부(41)의 단부면에 접촉 상태로 고정되며, 양 지지 부재(50, 52)는 상기 메시 캡(55)에 패킹(51)에 의해 일체로 부착되고, 이 메시 캡(55)은 별도의 패킹(56)을 끼워 개구부에 부착되는 액체 분무 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 양 패킹(51, 56)은 일체로 형성되는 액체 분무 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 양 패킹(51, 56)은 지지 부재(50, 52), 메시 캡(55) 또는 액체 저장부(31)와 일체 성형에 의해 형성되는 액체 분무 장치.
