Claims (5)
- 판지 제조공정의 정선공정에서 공정백수를 회수하는 단계;회수액을 고온하에서 혐기성 처리하는 단계; 및상기 혐기성 처리수를 지료와 직접 접촉하는 단위공정에 투입하는 단계를 포함하는 판지 제조공정의 공정백수를 처리 및 재이용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정선공정의 공정백수는 특히 디스크 필터 여액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온 혐기성 처리는 호열성 미생물을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온은 약 50 내지 65℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지료와 직접 접촉하는 단위공정은 펄퍼 또는 고해기 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
