- 날염용 다당류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,1) 다당류 100 중량부를 반응기에 투입하는 단계,2) 1과 별도로 상기 다당류 100 중량부를 기준으로 50% 가성소다 수용액 27 ∼ 36 중량부와 메탄올 20 ∼ 30 중량부를 혼합하여 혼합액을 제조하는 단계,3) 상기 2의 혼합액을 상기 1에 2000 rpm 이상의 쵸파를 장착한 고속혼합조건하에서 미세노즐을 통해 분사하여 혼합하고 균질화시키는 단계,4) 상기 다당류 100 중량부를 기준으로 모노클로로아세트산나트륨 20 ∼ 30 중량부를 물 30 ∼ 40 중량부에 용해하여 제조한 용액을, 상기 반응기에 첨가하여 혼합하고 반응기 내부 온도를 55 ∼ 60 ℃로 올려 카르복시 메틸화반응시켜 카르복시 메틸화 다당류를 얻는 단계,5) 상기 다당류 100 중량부를 기준으로 프로필렌옥시드 5 ∼ 15 중량부를 상기 반응기에 주입하여 반응기 온도 55 ∼ 60 ℃에서 히드록시 알킬화반응시키는 단계, 및6) 상기 반응이 끝난후 상기 다당류 100 중량부를 기준으로 과산화수소 0.005 ∼ 0.02 중량부를 첨가하여 다당류 분자를 절단하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 날염용 다당류의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 고속 회전 날개를 장착한 것임을 특징으로 하는 날염용 다당류의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다당류는 옥수수 전분, 구아검 및 그의 유도체 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 날염용 다당류의 제조방법.
