Claims (2)
- 테이퍼 가공한 제 1 직경부와 테이퍼 가공을 하지 않은 제 2 직경부가 교번 형성된 재료로 형성된 차량용 서스펜션 코일 스프링에 있어서,상기 코일 스프링(1)의 일측은 제 1 직경부(11)가 위치하고 타측은 제 2 직경부(12)가 위치하도록 형성되어 상기 코일 스프링 중심축(4)을 원하는 방향 및 각도로 자유롭게 변화시킬 수 있으므로 해당차량의 하중 축(2)과 일치하도록 함으로써 승차감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 티 에스 엘 코일 스프링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 직경부(11)는 최대응력이 100kgf/mm2이하가 되도록 상기 제 2 직경부(12)의 직경의 1.5~10% 사이의 두께와 코일경의 중심을 기준으로 90~180도 사이에 위치한 코일경의 원주 길이로 테이퍼 가공을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티 에스 엘 코일 스프링.
