Claims (6)
- 유자, 알로에 및 설탕을 포함하는 배합 재료를 상호 배합하는 단계와;상기 배합과정을 거친 혼합물을 소정 온도에서 살균처리하는 단계와;상기 살균처리 과정을 거친 혼합물을 표장용기에 포장 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알로에를 함유한 유자차 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유자, 알로에 및 설탕의 용량혼합비는 40%, 10%, 49%인 것을 특징으로 하는 알로에를 함유한 유자차 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배합단계는 100 내지 150 cmhg의 진공압에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알로에를 함유한 유자차 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알로에의 과육은 한변의 길이가 5밀리미터 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알로에를 함유한 유자차 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배합과정을 수행하는 진공배합기, 상기 살균과정을 수행하는 살균처리기 및 상기 포장과정을 수행하는 자동 충진기가 인라인형태로 연통되게 형성된 설비에 의해 외기의 유입이 차단된 상태에서 상기 각 공정이 연속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알로에를 함유한 유자차 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배합단계는 진공상태에서 수행되고,상기 살균처리단계는 80 내지 90 도시에서 30 내지 60초 동안 순간살균처리하며,상기 포장단계는 상기 용기에 진공포장처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알로에를 함유한 유자차 제조방법.
