Claims (4)
- 절삭을 위한 기계장치의 테이블 상에 안착되고, 상부로 직립한 가이드(16)를 구비하는 베이스(10)와;상기 가이드(16)에 결합되어 상하이동 가능하고, 고정나사부(18a)에 의하여 임의의 위치에서 고정될 수 있는 상하이동블럭(18);상기 상하이동블럭(18)의 일측면에 설치되고, 조절나사(26)의 회전조작에 의하여 x축방향으로 이동할 수 있는 제1XY테이블(20)과;상기 제1XY테이블의 전면에 부착되고, 조절나사(36)의 회전조작에 의하여 y축방향으로 이동할 수 있는 제2XY테이블(30); 그리고상기 제2XY테이블의 전면에 설치되고, CCD카메라를 장착할 수 있는 장착부(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구의 마멸측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장착부는, 제2XY테이블의 전면에 고정되는 고정부(42)와, 상기 고정부(42)에 대하여 힌지축(H)을 중심으로 회동 가능하게 연결되는 회동부(44), 그리고 상기 회동부를 일정위치에서 고정부에 고정시키는 고정나사부(46)를 포함하여 구성되고, CCD카메라는 상기 회동부의 전면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구의 마멸측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스의 저면에는, 테이블에 성형된 홈에 끼워질 수있는 키가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구의 마멸측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스의 저면에는, 테이블의 측면에 자력으로 밀착될 수 있는 마그네틱지그가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구의 마멸측정장치.
