Description

Multilayer Nail Lacquer Remover Composition

The present invention relates to a multilayer nail lacq-uer remover composition that does not have an unpleasant solvent odor, and in particular, prevents damage due to dehydration of nails and does not have an unpleasant solvent smell, and is composed of multiple layers to provide a beautiful appearance of various colors. The composition relates to a stable multilayer nail lacquer remover.

Conventional nail lacquer removers are composed of nitrocellulose, the main film-forming agent of nail lacquer, and lower alkylacetate, acetone, etc. They cause strong degreasing and dehydration of the nails, which can cause damage to the nails and the surrounding skin when used for a long period of time, and nail lacquer removal due to the peculiar smell of lower alkyl acetates (e.g. butyl acetate, ethyl acetate) and acetone. It was a common phenomenon that discomfort caused by disgusting solvent odor when using.

In addition, a multi-layer nail lacquer removal liquid has been proposed in various ways to make the appearance of the product beautiful. Looking at the conventional methods and techniques related to the multilayer nail lacquer removal liquid are as follows.

In Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 57-122013, a two-layer nail lacquer removal liquid having larvae has been proposed, but vigorous stirring conditions are required to disperse the oil phase. There is a disadvantage in that they must be mixed, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-143818 describes a two-layer nail lacquer removal liquid using acetone and liquid oil and powders such as titanium oxide, mica, iron oxide, and taolin, but after a long time It was difficult to maintain a beautiful appearance due to the precipitation of mica and titanium oxide, which have a high specific gravity.

In addition, the Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 57-122013 and 1-143818 have two limitations in color expression as well as aesthetic limitations in appearance.

In addition, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-160908 proposes a three-phase nail lacquer removal liquid containing acetone, purified water, propylene carbonate, and a liquid oil hydrocarbon solvent having a boiling point of 300 ° C or higher.

However, the present invention claims to be a three-phase nail lacquer composition composed of a liquid oil-based upper layer, a middle layer composed of propylene carbonate, a hydrocarbon solvent acetone, and a lower layer composed of water and acetone. It is impossible to exist in the intermediate phase because it is heavier than the aqueous phase component, and the solubility of acetone and propylene carbonate used as a constituent of the intermediate layer is worse than that of the liquid oil which is the upper layer component. In view of the layered composition principle, the present invention cannot but consist of two layers of upper and lower layers, and thus it is difficult to maintain a stable three-layer separation form.

In the above-described prior art inventions, since volatile solvents such as acetone are consistently used, there is no choice but to produce an unpleasant solvent odor when the nail lacquer remover is used.

Accordingly, the present inventors have conducted numerous studies and experiments to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and by using a combination of purified water, propylene carbonate, methoxy ethanol and low viscosity silicone oil, there is no unpleasant solvent smell and excellent appearance beauty. A stable multilayer nail lacquer remover composition has been developed.

The present invention relates to a multilayer nail lacquer remover composition comprising propylene carbonate, methoxy ethanol, low viscosity silicone oil, and purified water, and having a stable three-layer separation form without an unpleasant solvent odor.

The nail lacquer remover composition according to the present invention contains 10-50% by weight of purified water, 20-60% by weight of propylene carbonate, 1-30% by weight of methoxyethanol, and 1-30% by weight of low viscosity silicone oil.

The multilayer nail lacquer remover composition according to the present invention contains 20-70% by weight of propylene carbonate as a main component, and when the amount of propylene carbonate is less than 20% by weight, the main effect of removing nail lacquer is worse. If it exceeds 70% by weight, a satisfactory mild feeling is not obtained.

In the multilayer nail lacquer remover composition of the present invention, methoxyethanol is used in an amount of 1-30% by weight. When methoxy ethanol is used in less than 1% by weight, the nail lacquer removal effect is inferior, and when it exceeds 30% by weight, the solubility in the propylene carbonate phase and the purified water is improved, so that a stable multilayer structure cannot be obtained.

In addition, the low-viscosity silicone oil, which is an upper constituent of the composition of the present invention, may use low-viscosity cyclic silicone and low-viscosity dimethylpolysiloxane, and the low-viscosity cyclic silicone may use octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, dodecamethylcyclo hexasiloxane, and the like. In addition, the low viscosity dimethylpolysiloxane may use 1 centistox-10 centistox, but dimethylpolysiloxane of 10 centistox or more is not good because it forms a thick oil film on the nail when removing the nail lacquer.

Low viscosity silicone oil in the composition of the present invention may be used 1-30% by weight. When using a low viscosity silicone oil of less than 1% by weight it is difficult to exhibit a stable upper layer structure and nail protection effect, when using more than 30% by weight is not preferable because it can reduce the nail lacquer removal effect.

Purified water used in the composition of the present invention is preferably contained 10-50% by weight for the nail lacquer removal effect, a balanced layer composition.

In addition, the composition of the present invention can further improve the fragrance and appearance by adding moisturizers such as glycerin and propylene glycol, flavoring agents and pigments as necessary.

The layered structure of the multilayer nail lacquer remover composition without the unpleasant solvent smell of the present invention is shown in Figure 1 below.

The composition of the present invention is composed of a low viscosity silicone oil having excellent nail protection effect in the upper layer, as shown in Figure 1 above, consisting of purified water in the middle layer and propylene carbonate having a high specific gravity in the lower layer, and purified water and propylene in the lower and middle layers. Methoxyethanol excellent in solubility is dissolved.

Propylene carbonate and methoxy ethanol used in the composition of the present invention do not have an unpleasant solvent odor and is an excellent component for removing nail lacquer. Since the composition of the present invention has a stable three-layer structure as shown in Fig. 1, color can be given to each layer, thereby giving a beautiful appearance.

Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated concretely based on an Example, the technical scope of this invention is not limited to these.

Quality evaluation]

Quality evaluation of the nail lacquer remover composition prepared according to the Examples and Comparative Examples was carried out in the following manner.

30 people in their 20s to 40s who have experience using nail lacquer removal liquids should use the nail lacquer remover prepared in Examples and Comparative Examples, and then the appearance of the product, nail lacquer removal effect, and unpleasant solvents when using Odor incidence and moisturizing effects were evaluated based on the following criteria.

(Number of people who considered good / number of people who evaluated poor)

The quality evaluation results are shown in Table 2 below.

표 2.Table 2.

As shown in the results of Table 2, the composition of the present invention (Example 1-4 is a conventional single-phase nail lacquer remover (Comparative Example 1) and multi-layer nail lacquer remover (Comparative Example 2-3 appearance beauty, nail lacquer) It showed excellent effect in overall aspects such as removal effect, moisturizing effect and unpleasant solvent odor.

In the case of Comparative Example 1 (single layer nail lacquer remover), the nail lacquer removal effect is excellent, but the appearance is not good, the unpleasant solvent smell is severe, and Comparative Example 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-143818) has an unbalance and specific gravity between layers. Due to the addition of large powder, the appearance is not good, and the smell is severe.

In comparison 3 (Korean Patent Application No. 90-11240), the moisturizing effect of appearance was relatively excellent, but was slightly inferior in the occurrence of odor of butyl ethyl acetate and acetone.

On the other hand, the multi-layered nail lacquer remover of Example 1-4 has a stable three-layer structure, has an excellent appearance beauty, almost no smell of the solvent, so there is no discomfort when using and excellent moisturizing effect by low viscosity silicone oil It can be seen that it is a multilayer nail lacquer remover composition which is excellent in all respects as a lacquer remover and has no unpleasant solvent odor.
