Description
The present invention relates to a makeup cosmetic composition having a transparent appearance and having a pleasant feeling of use, high moisturizing and adhesion, and capable of enhancing consumer satisfaction.
As aging progresses over time, all physiological changes of the body occur, leading to marked degeneration, which can not be completely prevented but can be dramatically minimized.
In particular, in the case of skin aging, wrinkles, fine wrinkles and black spots appear on the skin, and the skin color becomes dark or sagging, and the firmness of the skin is lost. There are many studies to prevent or slow down skin aging.
In recent years, primer products have been released to remove skin imperfections immediately after application, smooth skin, control skin tone, and express fresh, matte skin.
The primer usually contains a silicone component that covers the skin and makes it smoother. At first, balm form was normal, but there are many cases where it is frustrating after proper application, so there is an attempt to commercialize various formulations recently. Also, in the effect, if the initial primer is concentrated on the pores of skin result pores, recently, studies for improving makeup sustainability through water replenishment have been made on the one hand.
WO 2010/002652 contains transparent iron oxide particles, iron-containing titanium dioxide particles to provide skin defect and / or skin tone differences and / or coverage of skin discoloration around the eyes, while at the same time providing a natural skin appearance Which is useful for maintaining the composition of the present invention.
Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0781834 also discloses a cosmetic composition containing a methyl branched ester derivative to control sebum secretion and improve skin color.
Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0520841 discloses that a composite powder containing silica, titanium dioxide, and barium sulfate containing disodium disilbiphenyl disulfonate as an ultraviolet ray absorbing fluorescent dye is applied to a makeup cosmetic, And the like are effectively concealed.
Such concealment of pores, wrinkles, or skin imperfections can be obtained by using powders or pigments. In this case, the use of excessive powders causes problems in feeling such as low moisture resistance and stiffness, and in a severe case, dispersion stability is deteriorated Precipitation or phase separation occurs. Therefore, attempts have been made to conceal wrinkles and the like through the introduction of compositions other than powders.
Korean Patent Publication No. 2011-0036259 discloses that a surfactant having a polyethylene glycol (PEG) and an alkyl group in a molecule can stably disperse a high amount of powder, thereby preventing abrasion at the time of use, excellent spreadability and spreadability, And a cosmetic composition which does not become tacky by increasing the feeling of being light and comfortable.
Most primer products are made opaque to lighten the skin tone, and when used excessively, the skin becomes thicker, frustrated and cremated. Therefore, when the primer is formulated transparently, even if the primer is used in an excessive amount, the skin is not expressed clearly.
WO 2007/130802 discloses a solid, substantially transparent cosmetic composition containing a partially crystalline polyolefin homopolymer or copolymer wax and solvent system and having a refractive index of 1.4-1.6 which matches the refractive index of the wax.
Accordingly, the present inventors have made various studies on the design of a cosmetic composition for the production of a transparent formulation having excellent covering power against pores and wrinkles, and as a result, it has been confirmed that a transparent product can be manufactured by controlling the refractive indexes And completed the present invention.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a makeup cosmetic composition having a clear formulation and having excellent coverage against pores and wrinkles.
Therefore, the present invention has a transparent appearance and, in order to cover pores and wrinkles,
One selected from the group consisting of dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone / bis-isobutylpipi-20 crosspolymer, dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone cross polymer, dimethicone / phenyl vinyl dimethicone cross polymer, Polymer;
One kind of polyol selected from the group consisting of glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerin, erythritol, xylitol, maltitol glycerin, sorbitol, polyglycerin, polyethylene glycol, pentanediol, isoprene glycol and combinations thereof; And
A dimer, a dimethicone / phage-10/15 crosspolymer, a phage-10 dimethicone, a phage / phage-19/19, and a combination thereof. The present invention provides a makeup cosmetic composition for use in cosmetics.
Specifically, the makeup cosmetic composition has the refractive indexes of the oil phase part and the water phase part equal to each other or have an error range of ± 0.0005.
The makeup cosmetic composition according to the present invention is smoothly applied to the skin to provide an excellent covering power against pores and wrinkles, thereby improving the appearance of the skin.
Such a makeup cosmetic composition has a transparent appearance, has a pleasant feeling of use, has a high moisturizing and adhesion, and can enhance the satisfaction of consumers.
Figure 1 shows photographs of the compositions of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
The make-up cosmetic composition is composed of a liquid phase part and a water phase part, and they can be classified according to the content ratio and manufacturing method, such as water / water (O / W), water / oil / water / water / O / W / O) emulsions.
The oily part is based on oil and the water part is based on water, and various compositions required for cosmetics, such as surfactants and moisturizers, are added. At this time, in the present invention, the refractive indexes of the oil phase part and the water phase part are selected so as to have substantially the same or similar range, and their contents are controlled to produce an emulsion whose outer appearance is transparent.
Preferably, the silicone polymer and the silicone emulsifier are selected in the oil phase portion and the polyol is used in the water phase.
The silicone polymer may be selected from the group consisting of dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone / bis-isobutylpipi-20 crosspolymer, dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone / phenylvinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, Paper is available.
Such a silicone polymer has a refractive index in the range of 1.3 to 1.5, imparts a fresh feeling when used, and increases viscosity to smoothly express skin flexion, i.e., wrinkles. This high skin coverage is ensured by controlling the content of the silicone polymer, preferably 0.1 to 80% by weight, preferably 20 to 50% by weight in the total composition. If the content is less than the above range, it is diluted with other ingredients to lower the coverage of pores and wrinkles. On the contrary, when the content exceeds the above range, the feeling of use is lowered and the cosmetic effect is hardly exhibited. .
The silicone emulsifier may be selected from the group consisting of dimethicone / phage-10/15 crosspolymer, phage-10 dimethicone, phage / phage-19/19, and combinations thereof. The silicone emulsifier has a refractive index in the range of 1.3 to 1.5 and is used for the dispersion stability of the emulsified composition.
These silicone emulsifiers are used in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0% by weight, preferably 3 to 8% by weight, based on the whole composition. If the content of the silicone emulsifier is less than the above range, a stable emulsion can not be produced. On the contrary, Which is not economical.
At this time, the polyol to be used for the water is used for moisturizing and has a refractive index in the range of 1.3 to 1.5. The polyol may be glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerin, erythritol, xylitol, maltitol glycerin, sorbitol, polyglycerin, Polyethylene glycol, pentanediol, isoprene glycol, and combinations thereof.
Such a polyol is used in an amount of 0.1 to 60% by weight, preferably 10 to 40% by weight in the total composition, and if the content is less than the above range, it is difficult to secure sufficient moisture retention and the refractive index of the water phase is lowered, . On the contrary, when the amount is used in excess of the above range, the feeling of use is not good, and a cosmetic composition having a transparent appearance by increasing the refractive index of the water-receiving portion can not be expected.
Thus, a silicone polymer and a silicone emulsifier are added to the oil phase, and a polyol is added to the water phase to control the refractive indexes of the oil phase and the water phase.
Preferably, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains 100%
i) an oil phase comprising 5.0 to 50.0% by weight of an oil, 0.1 to 80% by weight of a silicone polymer, and 0.1 to 10% by weight of a silicone-
Ii) 0.1 to 60% by weight of polyol, and a water phase containing water as the remainder.
More preferably, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains 100%
i) an oil phase comprising 10.0 to 30.0% by weight of oil, 20 to 50% by weight of a silicone polymer, and 3 to 8% by weight of a silicone-
Ii) 10 to 40% by weight of a polyol, and water as a remainder.
As the oil, although not particularly limited in the present invention, it is preferable to use an oil having a refractive index of 1.4 to 1.5 in a range similar to that of the silicone polymer, the silicone emulsifier and the polyol. Preferably, as the oil, one species selected from the group consisting of dimethicone, cyclomethicone, phenyltrimethicone, cyclopentasiloxane, and combinations thereof can be used.
The content of the oil is 5 to 50% by weight, preferably 10 to 30% by weight in the total composition. If the content of the oil is less than the above range, a stable cosmetic composition can not be prepared. Conversely, The dispersion stability is rather lowered. Therefore, it is suitably used within the above-mentioned range.
The water is distilled water, preferably deionized distilled water, and is used as the remainder to satisfy 100 wt% of the total weight%.
In addition, additives such as water-soluble / oil-soluble physiologically active ingredients, preservatives, pH adjusters, fatty acids, emulsifiers, surfactants, antioxidants, sunscreens, pigments, dyes, perfumes, etc., And the kind and content thereof can be appropriately selected by those skilled in the art.
Preferably, a water-soluble physiologically active ingredient and a moisturizing agent and an oil-soluble physiologically active ingredient are contained in the upper part of the water.
The water-soluble and oil-soluble physiologically active ingredients are not particularly limited in the present invention, and all known active ingredients may be used. For example, as a physiologically active ingredient having a whitening effect, an oil-soluble ingredient including an oil-soluble licorice, ethyl ascorbyl ether, alpha-bisabolol and the like is possible. In addition, as an active ingredient having a wrinkle-reducing effect, an oil-soluble ingredient such as retinol and derivatives thereof (e.g., retinyl palmitate), adenosine and the like can be used. These water-soluble or oil-soluble physiologically active ingredients are used in an amount of 0 to 10.0% by weight, preferably 0.001 to 10.0% by weight, in the whole composition.
The method for producing the cosmetic composition according to the present invention is not particularly limited, and a conventional emulsification method may be used.
Specifically,
S1) mixing a polyol and purified water to prepare a water phase;
S2) oil, a silicone polymer and a silicone emulsifier to prepare an oil phase;
S3) adding an oil phase to the water and mixing the oil phase; And
S4) cooling step.
The mixing process of S1), S2), and S3) is performed in a vacuum emulsification tank capable of temperature control and stirring by a conventional method, and stirring and heating are performed as necessary.
For example, the water phase is heated to 50 to 80 캜, preferably 65 to 75 캜, and the oil phase is heated to 50 to 80 캜, preferably 65 to 75 캜 to sufficiently dissolve other components in the oil .
The stirring is carried out in a vacuum emulsification tank at a speed of 2000 to 4000 rpm, preferably 3000 rpm for 3 to 10 minutes using a homomixer.
The makeup cosmetic composition manufactured through these steps can be used as a cosmetic product having various formulations. Preferably in make-up cosmetics of various formulations such as make-up base, foundation, babe cream, concealer, lipstick, lip gloss, primer, filler or chestnut.
In addition, the compositions of each formulation may contain various bases and additives necessary for formulation of the formulation, and may contain non-ionic surfactants, silicone polymers, extender pigments, flavorings, preservatives, But are not limited to, disinfectants, oxidative stabilizers, organic solvents, ionic or nonionic thickeners, emollients, antioxidants, free radical scavengers, opacifiers, stabilizers, emollients, silicones, alpha-hydroxy acids, A preservative, a surfactant, an anti-inflammatory agent, a substance P antagonist, a filler, a polymer, a propellant, a basicizing or acidifying agent, or a coloring agent.
[Example]
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention. However, the following examples are provided to further understand the present invention, and the present invention is not limited by the examples.
<Examples and Comparative Examples> Preparation of primer products
The mixture shown in Table 1 and Table 2 was added to the mixer, and the mixture was stirred at 70 캜 for 20 minutes using a homogenizer to prepare a primer.
(1) Weighed 1 ~ 9 raw materials.
(2) The raw materials 10 to 14 were heated and dissolved.
(3) While stirring (2) slowly to (1), stir and mix to emulsify.
At this time, the refractive index of the water part is calculated by dividing the total content of the water by the sum of the contents of the upper part and the refractive index, and the refractive index of the upper part is calculated by dividing the total content of the upper part by the refractive index Respectively.
EXPERIMENTAL EXAMPLE 1: Transparent appearance analysis
The transparency of the outer appearance was observed using the primer compositions prepared in the above Examples and Comparative Examples. The results are shown in Fig.
Figure 1 shows photographs of the compositions of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3. At this time, the more lines drawn behind, the more transparent the formulation was made. Referring to FIG. 1, the compositions of Examples 1 to 3 showed a clear appearance by matching the refractive indexes of the oil phase and water phase to each other, but the compositions of Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were found to be opaque.
These results can be confirmed from the numerical values of the refractive indices in Tables 2 and 3 above. That is, even when the compositions of the examples and the comparative examples are used in a similar content range, it can be understood that when the content is added without considering the refractive index, the transparent formulation can not be produced due to the difference in the refractive index of the final composition.
≪ Experimental Example 2 >
Using the primer composition prepared in the above Examples and Comparative Examples, 20 women aged 25 to 45 years were subjected to a comparative sensory evaluation by using twice in the morning and evening for 3 consecutive days.
The comparison items were moisturizing, adhesion, pore / wrinkle coverage, spreadability, and feelings of each product. The scores were scored from 0 to 5 after each item was rated. The results are shown in Table 4 below.
As can be seen from the above Table 3, it can be seen that Examples 12 and 3 to Comparative Example 3 in which glycerin and butylene glycol were used in the aqueous phase had better moisturizing properties than Comparative Examples 1 and 2 in which the polyol was not used.
The dimethicone cross polymer, the dimethicone / bis-isobutylpiperazine-20 crosspolymer, and the dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer were prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the compositions of Examples 1 to 6, It can be seen that the pore and wrinkle coverage are superior.
<Experimental Example 3> Stability analysis
The stability of the primer compositions prepared in the above Examples and Comparative Examples was measured for 1 month at room temperature, 4 ° C, 40 ° C, 45 ° C, and cycle. The results are shown in Table 5.
As can be seen from Table 5 above, a silicone polymer such as dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone / bis-isobutylpipi-20 crosspolymer and dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer was mixed and purified water, glycerin, butyl The composition of the example in which a water-soluble agent such as a renglycol was kept in an emulsified state even when the temperature was changed showed high stability.
In contrast, the compositions of Comparative Examples 1 to 5 exhibited low stability due to phase separation when the temperature was raised or lowered.
The cosmetic composition according to the present invention is applicable to various makeup products having a transparent appearance and having a high covering power against pores and wrinkles.
