Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 실리카흄, 고로슬래그, 플라이애쉬 그리고 제올라이트로 이루어지는 규소계 화합물군 중의 하나 또는 그 이상 선택된 규소계 화합물 20∼40중량%와, 아나타제형 이산화티타늄 60∼80중량%을 혼합한 후 900℃∼1100℃의 고온에서 4∼8시간 소성시켜 담체와 결합된 광촉매 덩어리를 얻은 후 이를 미세 분쇄 하여 분체화 한 것을 특징으로 하는 담체와 결합된 광촉매 분체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 담체와 결합된 광촉매 분체는 입자크기가 0.1∼200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체와 결합된 광촉매 분체.
- 상기 제 2항의 담체와 결합된 광촉매 분체 1∼20중량%와, 무기중합 아크릴 에멀젼형 수지 10∼15중량%와, 체질안료 15∼35중량%와, 물 20∼35중량%와, 기타 혼화제 10∼15중량%로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수성도료.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 무기 중합 아크릴 에멀젼형 수지는 아크릴-실리콘 에멀젼 형 수지임을 특징으로 하는 수성도료.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 체질안료는 석회석 분말임을 특징으로 하는 수성도료.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 기타 혼화제는 증점제 8∼11중량%, 분산제 0.4∼0.8중량%, 소포제 0.3∼0.6중량%, PH 조정제 0.2∼0.4중량%, 냉동안정제 1∼2중량%, 방부제 0.1∼0.2중량%로 조성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 수성도료.
