Claims (6)
- 피납땜부재의 온도를 검출하는 검출수단(30),상기 피납땜부재를 가열하는 가열수단(43),피납땜부재를 검출시의 온도에 근거해서 소정 온도까지 상승시키는데 필요한 가열량을 산출하는 산출수단을 가지며, 상기 검출된 온도에 근거해서 상기 필요한 가열량을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 가열량에 근거해서, 상기 가열된 피납땜부재를 상기 소정 온도로 되도록 상기 가열수단을 제어하는 제어수단(53),상기 소정온도로 된 피납땜부재를 납땜하는 납땜수단(54)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피납땜부재를 예열하는 예열수단(39)을 더 구비하고 있고, 상기 검출수단은 상기 예열된 상기 피납땜부재의 온도를 검출하고, 상기 가열수단은 상기 예열된 상기 피납땜부재를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 산출수단은,테스트운전시에 있어서 복수의 동일형상, 동일재질의 피납땜부재를 준비하고, 상기 예열수단에 의해 각각 상이한 온도로 예열하여 이것을 상기 검출수단으로 검출하고, 상기 예열된 온도로부터 상기 가열수단에 의한 가열에 의해 상기 소정온도로 될 때까지 요하는 가열시간을 각각 측정하고, 상기 검출된 각각의 온도와, 이것에 대응하는 상기 가열시간의 각각에 의해 규정되는 변환데이터(20)를 취득하고, 상기 변환데이터에 근거해서 통상 운전시에 검출된 피납땜부재의 온도로부터 상기 가열량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 변환수단은 근사식 또는 변환테이블을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜장치.
