Claims (6)
- 복수의 포트를 구비한 밸브보디와, 이 밸브보디의 내부에 형성된 밸브구멍과, 이 밸브구멍 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워넣어진 밸브체와, 이 밸브체의 축방향의 양측에 슬라이딩 가능하게 배치된 피스톤과, 이들 피스톤에 파일롯 유체를 공급하여 상기 밸브체를 전환하는 1개 이상의 파일롯밸브와, 상기 밸브체의 양단에 끼워부착되어 상기 밸브체의 단부에 상기 피스톤이 접촉하는 접촉면을 형성하는 캡과, 상기 밸브체의 적어도 한쪽의 단부에 끼워넣어져 상기 캡에 의해 그 위치에 고정된 링형상의 마그넷과, 상기 밸브보디의 내부에 상기 밸브구멍 및 마그넷에 근접하도록 형성된 수용실과, 이 수용실 내에 설치된 1개 이상의 자기센서와, 상기 수용실을 덮는 커버를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용실은 상기 밸브구멍의 축방향 양단부 근방까지 확장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버에 커넥터가 부착되고, 이 커넥터와 상기 파일롯밸브 및 자기센서가 상기 수용실 내를 경유하는 리드선으로 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용실 내에 상기 파일롯밸브의 동작상태를 표시하기위한 표시등이 설치됨과 동시에, 상기 커버에 상기 표시등을 투시하기 위한 표시창이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자밸브는 상기 각 포트로 통하는 유체유로를 구비한 베이스상에 탑재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 베이스는 배선용의 덕트를 보유하고 있고, 이 덕트 내에 커넥터가 부착되며, 이 커넥터와 상기 파일롯밸브 및 자기센서가 상기 수용실 내를 경유하는 리드선으로 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기센서가 부착된 전자밸브.
