Claims (14)
- 층상 점토 광물의 층 사이에 전이금속 양이온과 소수성 유기화합물과의 착화합물을 포함하며, 4차 암모늄 이온을 포함하지 않고 층간간격이 34 Å 이상이며, 열분해 온도가 250 ∼ 350 ℃인 소수성 유기점토 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 층상 점토 광물이 80 내지 150 meq/100g의 양이온 치환 능력을 가지는 스멕타이트 광물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속의 양이온이 1주기 전이금속 또는 2주기 전이금속의 1가, 2가, 3가, 또는 4가의 양이온으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 1주기 전이금속이 Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 2주기 전이금속이 Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag 및 Cd으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 유기화합물이 전자주개 작용기 및 1 종 이상의 소수성 탄소사슬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전자주개 작용기가 지방족 아민, 방향족 아민, 포스핀, 아르신 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 탄소사슬은 탄소수가 5 내지 30인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물의 배위수가 1 내지 6인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 유기점토의 유기물 함량이 25 %이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토 조성물.
- (a) 전이금속 염이 용해되어 있는 물 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합용매에 층상 점토 광물을 분산시켜 점토 광물의 층 사이의 양이온이 전이금속 양이온으로 치환된 점토 광물을 제조하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 전이금속 양이온이 치환된 점토 광물내에 소수성 유기화합물을 첨가하여 전이금속 양이온과 유기화합물의 착화합물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유기점토의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)의 층상 점토 광물은 80 내지 150 meq/100g의 양이온 치환 능력을 가지는 스멕타이트 광물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)의 전이금속 염은 점토 광물의 양이온 치환 능력에 대하여 4 내지 20배의 몰당량으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 (b)의 소수성 유기화합물은 점토광물내의 전이금속에 대하여 0.1 내지 30배의 몰당량으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기점토의 제조방법.
