Claims (2)
- 황화물 도금욕에서 전기아연도금을 행하는 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 10% 이상 20% 미만의 염산용액으로 산세하여 표면에 미소조도가 형성된 냉연강판의 전기도금공정에서 도금욕의 조업조건이, 온도 50~60℃, 도금액 pH 1.8~2.5 에서 과전압이 걸릴 경우 목표아연부착량중, 초기 5g/㎡ 로 전기도금될 때까지 초기 전해조에서 60A/d㎡ 이상의 전류밀도를 인가하여서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도금욕에는 첨가제로서의 결정립미세화제를 첨가하지 않고도 제조가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
