Claims (8)
- 투명한 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극;상기 제1 전극의 상부에 형성된 발광층;상기 발광층의 상부에 형성된 전자 주입층 및/또는 전자 수송층;상기 전자 주입층 및/또는 전자 수송층의 상부에 상기 제1 전극과 대향되도록 형성된 제2 전극; 및상기 전자 주입층 및/또는 전자 수송층의 내부에 0.1 내지 50중량%의 함량으로 첨가되어 있으며, 카본 블랙, 산화철, 흑색 염료, 및 흑색 안료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는광흡수 물질을 포함하는 무반사 유기 전계발광소자.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수 물질은 상기 전자 주입층 또는 전자 수송층을 이루는 물질과 함께 스핀 코팅 및 스핀 캐스팅으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법에 의하여,상기 전자 주입층 또는 전자 수송층에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무반사 유기 전계발광소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수 물질과 상기 전자 주입층 또는 전자 수송층을 이루는 물질은 열증착법, 스퍼터링법, 및 화학기상증착법으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법에 의하여동시에공증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무반사 유기 전계발광소자.
