Claims (4)
- 고순도의 용철을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 용철을 전자교반으로 용해·교반하고, 용철상부에 통상의 방법으로 플럭스를 투입하고, 노저와 용융플럭스층간에, 7(Ω)이하의 저항을 유지하면서 직류전류가 흐르도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전기장을 이용한 고순도 용철을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용철을 음극, 상기 용융플럭스층을 양극으로 하여 유황성분의 제어를 행하거나, 상기 용철을 양극, 상기 용융플럭스층을 음극으로 하여 인성분의 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전기장을 이용한 고순도 용철을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용융플럭스층의 전극에 불활성가스를 취입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전기장을 이용한 고순도 용철을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,상기 용융플럭스층의 용융플럭스를 외부로 배출하면서 플럭스를 공급하여 조업을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전기장을 이용한 고순도 용철을 제조하는 방법.
