Claims (3)
- 빛의 코드신호를 검지하는 적외선 수광 센서에 있어서,전면에 형성된 적외선 입사 필터(120)를 통해 적외선이 입사되는 밀봉체(100)와;상기 밀봉체(100)의 내부에 형성되어 적외선을 검지하는 박막형상의 초전체(200)와;상기 밀봉체(100)의 외부로부터 인입되어 상기 초전체(200)와 결선되는 제 1 핀(320), 제 2 핀(340) 및 제 3 핀(360)을 포함하고,상기 제 2 핀(340) 및 상기 제 3 핀(360)은 상기 초전체(200)의 베이스(220)와 전기적으로 연결되며,상기 제 2 핀(340)과 상기 베이스(220)의 연결부위 또는 상기 제 3 핀(360)과 상기 베이스(220)의 연결부위를 선택적으로 절단할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 수광 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 핀(360)과 상기 베이스(220)의 연결부위가 절단된 상기 제 3 핀(360)에 양(+)의 전원을 인가하고, 상기 제 2 핀(340)에 음(-)의 전원이 접점되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 수광 센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 핀(340)과 상기 베이스(220)의 연결부위가 절단된 상기 제 2 핀에 양(+)의 전원을 인가하고, 상기 제 3 핀(360)에 음(-)의 전원이 접점되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 수광 센서.
