Claims (6)
- 수산화 알루미늄 침전물을 산으로 해교(peptization)시킨 후 열처리하여 알루미나 졸을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,폐 염화 알루미늄 수용액에 알칼리 용액을 첨가하여 수산화 알루미늄 침전물을 얻는 다음 20 ∼ 100 ℃에서 0.1 ∼ 24시간 동안 숙성시키는 제1공정,상기 침전물을 수세 및 여과한 다음, 20 ∼ 100 ℃에서 0.1 ∼ 24시간 동안 부분 건조한 후에 산으로 해교시켜 슬러리 용액을 얻는 제2공정, 그리고상기 슬러리 용액을 80 ∼ 130 ℃에서 5 ∼ 30시간 동안 열처리하여 유사 베마이트(boehmite) 구조의 알루미나 졸을 얻는 제3공정을포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 졸의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 해교시 첨가되는 산은 초산(CH3COOH) 또는 염산(HCl)이고, 알루미늄 1몰당 0.01 ∼ 0.2 몰비로 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 졸의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 용액은 수산화 나트륨 또는 수산화 암모늄의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 졸의 제조방법.
