Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 2차 동기 부호(SSC)를 이동 통신 시스템의 기지국에 할당하는 방법에서, 상기 시스템의 각 기지국은 상기 기지국에 의해 커버되는 셀에 각각 할당된 1차 동기 부호(PSC)와 K개의 2차 동기 부호(SSC)의 조(組)를 연속적으로 송신하고, 그에 따라 어느 하나의 이동국이라도 스위치가 켜졌을 때, 상기 기지국으로부터 수신된 상기 1차 동기 부호(PSC)와 상기 2차 동기 부호(SSC)의 조에 기초하여 적어도 하나의 기지국과 동기하여 방송 정보를 판독할 수 있고, 상기 시스템은 N개의 모든 사용 가능한 2차 동기 부호(SSC) 중에서 소정의 고정수의 M개의 2차 동기 부호(SSC)만을 사용하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은상기 N개의 가능한 2차 동기 부호(SSC)와 상기 1차 동기 부호(PSC)의 자기 상관 함수 및/또는 상호 상관 함수를 계산하여 평가하는 단계와,상기 N개의 가능한 2차 동기 부호(SSC)로부터 M개의 2차 동기 부호(SSC)를 선택하고, 상기 M개의 선택된 2차 동기 부호(SSC)가 검출 관점에서 최량인 자기 상관 함수 및 상호 상관 함수의 통계적인 특징 중 적어도 하나를 갖도록 하는 단계와,상기 M개의 2차 동기 부호(SSC)의, K개의 2차 동기 부호(SSC)를 포함하는 서브 세트를 상기 기지국에 할당하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 상관 함수 및/또는 상호 상관 함수는 모든 범위에 걸쳐 평가되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자기 상관 함수 및/또는 상호 상관 함수는 한정된 윈도우에 걸쳐 평가되는 방법.
