표 1 과 2에서 볼 수 있듯이 같이 각종 천연물속에 포함되어 있는 유기게르마늄의 양과 인위적으로 무기게르마늄을 첨가하여 액체배양한 동충하초 균사체내에 함유된 게르마늄의 양을 비교한 결과 천연물중에서 유기게르마늄을 가장 많이 함유하고 있는 것으로 알려진 포리포라버섯보다 액체배양한 동충하초 건조균사체가 유기게르마늄을 적게는 약 55배에서 많게는 560배 정도 함유하고 있었다.As shown in Tables 1 and 2, the amount of organic germanium contained in various natural products and the amount of germanium contained in the liquid cultured Cordyceps mycelium by artificially adding inorganic germanium were found to contain the most organic germanium. 번데기 배지 배양 : 유기게르마늄을 함유하지 않은 액체배지에서 배양한 동충하초 배양액 5mL를 무기게르마늄 100ppm(0.144g/L)농도의 용액 10mL을 번데기 200g에 넣고 121℃에서 1시간 고압멸균하여 준비한 번데기 배지에 접종한 후 번데기 배지와 균사체가 잘 섞이도록 충분히 흔들어 주었다. 25℃에서 5일간 배양하여 번데기에 하얀색의 균사체가 전체적으로 퍼졌을 때, 배양온도를 18℃로 낮춰 영양성장에서 생식성장 조건으로 바꿔주어 동충하초의 자실체가 형성되도록 하였다. 생식성장 기간동안 온도가 20℃ 이상으로 올라가면 동충하초의 자실체가 형성되지 않기 때문에 온도변화에 각별한 주의가 요구되어진다. 생식성장조건으로 하여준 후 약 20일이 경과하면 번데기에서 오렌지색의 자실체가 올라오고, 약 60일 후면 완전한 자실체를 형성하였다. 자실체 부분과 자실체 아래의 번데기 부분을 따로 분리하고, 번데기 부분의 균사체 표면을 3차증류수로 2회 세척하여 균체 표면에 잔류하는 무기게르마늄을 철저히 제거하였다. 75℃ 열풍건조기에서 20시간 건조하여 유기게르마늄함유 건조 시료(균사체 및 자실체)를 제조하였다.Chrysalis culture of pupa: 5 ml of Cordyceps sinensis culture cultured in a liquid medium containing no organic germanium and 10 ml of inorganic germanium 100ppm (0.144g / L) concentration in pupa 200g and inoculated in pupa medium prepared by autoclaving at 121 ℃ for 1 hour After shaking the pupa medium and mycelium well mixed well.
