Claims (4)
- 광원과, 이 광원으로부터의 빛을 집속하기 위한 집속수단과, 다채널검출기를 포함하고 상기 광원으로부터의 빛을 분광분석하는 분광분석부와, 상기 집속수단과 분광분석부 사이에 배치되는 시료셀을 구비하고, 상기 시료셀이 시료광 측정을 행하기 위한 시료광 측정위치와, 참조광 측정을 행하기 위한 참조광 측정위치로 이동자유로우며, 또한 상기 빛을 차단하여 암흑광 측정을 행하기 위한 차단부재를 상기 빛의 광로중에 진퇴자유로이 설치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광분석장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 암흑광 측정을 정기적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광분석장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차단부재가, 시료셀에 고정되어 있거나 또는 시료셀과 일체적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광분석장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 시료셀이 참조광 측정위치에 있을 때에는 상기 빛의 광로중에 굴절율 보정부재가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광분석장치.
