Description
Claims (12)
- 하나 이상의 광호변성 염료 및 투광성 제품상이나 투광성 제품내에 분포되고 이의 흡광도 스펙트럼이 상기 광호변성 염료의 활성화 영역에서 광호변성 염료의 스펙트럼과 실질적으로 겹쳐지고 상기 광호변성 염료와 병용 가능한 흡광물질을 포함하고, 상기 광호변성 염료의 활성화시의 암흑도(depth of darkening)가, 상기 투광성 제품의 길이, 두께 또는 표면 형상의 국부적인 변화에 관계없이 실질적으로 균일하게 되도록 상기 두 물질이 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광호변성 염료 및 상기 광호변성 염료와 병용 가능한 흡광물질의 농도는, 상기 투광성 제품 후면의 상이한 표면을 각각 빠져 나오는 광도의 최대 광도차가, 상기 투광성 제품 통과시 상기 투광성 제품에 의하여 흡수되는 전체 광도의 10% 미만이 되도록 하는 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광도차는 상기 투광성 제품 통과시 상기 투광성 제품에 의하여 흡수되는 전체 광도의 약 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 투광성 제품의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.001∼0.25중량%의 광호변성 염료 및 상기 투광성 제품의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.001∼1.0중량%의 상기 광호변성 염료와 병용 가능한 흡광물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 투광성 제품은 디아크릴레이트 또는 디메타아크릴레이트 단량체 및 중합성 코모노머를 포함하는 가교성 중합체 캐스팅 조성물로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 코모노머는 메타아크릴레이트, 아크릴레이트,비닐, 비닐 에테르, 알릴, 방향족 올레핀, 에테르, 폴리티올 및 에폭시드로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광호변성 염료는 약 320nm∼ 450nm의 파장에서 근자외선에 의해 활성화되는 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 광호변성 염료는 안트라퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 스피로 옥사진, 크로멘, 피란 및 풀기드로 구성되는 하나 이상의 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 광호변성 염료와 병용 가능한 흡광물질은 흡광도 한계값이 약 380nm 이상인 자외선 흡광물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡광물질은 흡광도 한계값이 약 400nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡광물질은 벤조트리아졸, 벤조페논 및 시아노-아크릴레이트로 구성되는 하나 이상의 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 투광성 제품은 안경용 렌즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 재료로 된 투광성 제품.
