Abstract

PURPOSE: A method and a device for making recycled aggregates through recycling of construction wastes are provided to prevent environment pollution and make/classify the recycled aggregates into each size by recycling the construction wastes and removing a water treatment process. CONSTITUTION: A feeder(1) supplies the preprocessed construction wastes of 15-25 millimeters. A box typed dust collector(2) receives the construction wastes from the feeder. Cyclones(3,4) collect foreign materials from the construction wastes flown by an air blower(21) installed to an upper part of the dust collector. A vibrating screening machine(5) screens the construction wastes discharged from the dust collector within a range of 0.3-4.75 millimeters. A conveyor(9) transfers the aggregates over 4.5 millimeters screened from the vibrating screening machine to a sand maker(10). The sand maker crushes the aggregates over 4.5 millimeters.
