Claims (8)
- 삭제
- 유리기판 위에 전도층을 형성하는 제1단계와,상기 전도층 위에 제1포토레지스트층을 형성하고 원하는 제1패턴으로 패턴닝하여 상기 전도층에 대한 다수의 제1윈도우를 형성하는 제2단계와,코팅을 원하는 제1형광체가 분산된 제1형광체 분산용액을 이용하여 전기영동법에 의해 상기 다수의 제1윈도우를 통하여 전도층 위에 선택적으로 제1형광체를 코팅하여 다수의 제1형광체 패턴셀을 형성하는 제3단계와,상기 코팅되어 노출된 제1형광체 패턴셀을 포함한 기판의 상부면에 1-2중량%의 폴리비닐알콜(PVA)과 0.01-0.02중량%의 암모니늄디크로메이트(ADC), 그리고 잔부가 H2O로 구성되는 수용액을 도포하여 제1UV 경화층을 형성하고 제1형광체 패턴셀 상부를 선택적으로 UV 조사함에 의해 제1UV 경화층을 선택적으로 경화시켜 상기 노출된 제1형광체 패턴셀 부분에 선택적으로 다수의 제1접착층을 형성하는 제4단계와,상기 제4단계에 이어서 제1형광체 패턴셀과 인접한 위치에 상기 제1형광체의 코팅방법과 동일한 방법으로 제2형광체로 코팅된 다수의 제2형광체 패턴셀을 형성하고, 상기 다수의 제2형광체 패턴셀 상부에 선택적으로 다수의 제2접착층을 형성하는 제5단계와,상기 제1 및 제2 형광체 패턴셀과 인접한 위치에 상기 제1형광체의 코팅방법과 동일한 방법으로 제3형광체로 코팅된 다수의 제3 형광체 패턴셀을 형성하고, 상기 다수의 제3 형광체 패턴셀 상부에 선택적으로 다수의 제3 접착층을 형성하는 제6단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이용 형광체의 코팅방법.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용액은 스프레잉(spraying), 디핑(dipping) 및 스핀코팅 방법 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 도포하여 경화층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이용 형광체의 코팅방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내지 제3 형광체는 풀 칼라 구현을 위한 적색, 청색 및 녹색 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이용 형광체의 코팅방법.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내지 제3 형광체는 1화소셀을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판 디스플레이용 형광체의 코팅방법.
