Claims (7)
- (2회 정정) 절연 기판,상기 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 배선,상기 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 제1 배선과 절연되어 교차하고 있는 제2 배선,상기 제1 배선과 상기 제2 배선의 중심선이 교차하여 이루는 화소 영역 내에 형성되어 있는 화소 전극,상기 절연 기판 위에 배열되어 있는 도메인 규제 수단,상기 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 도메인 규제 수단을 따라 형성되어 있는 차광막을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제1항에서,상기 도메인 규제 수단은 돌기인 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제1항에서,상기 화소 전극은 개구부 패턴을 가지며 상기 도메인 규제 수단은 상기 개구부 패턴인 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제1항에서,상기 도메인 규제 수단은 돌기인 제1 수단과 상기 화소 전극이 가지고 있는 개구부인 제2 수단을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제4항에서,상기 제1 수단은 상기 화소 영역 내에 형성되어 있는 내부 돌기와 화소 영역 둘레에 형성되어 있는 주변 돌기를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 내부 돌기의 외곽선은 상기 차광막의 외곽선에 의하여 둘러싸여 있는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제5항에서,상기 내부 돌기는 절연막층으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 차광막은 상기 제1 배선과 같은 층에 같은 물질로 이루어져 있는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
- 제1항에서,상기 도메인 규제 수단이 상기 차광막과 중첩되는 영역 내에 위치하는 상기 도메인 규제 수단의 외곽선은 상기 차광막의 외곽선에 의하여 둘러싸여 있는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
