Claims (3)
- 투명필름 코팅지에 있어서, 표면에 부착된 PE층에 미세엠보싱 처리된 층(30,30`)이 형성된 이형지(10)와, 상기 이형지(10)를 중심으로 양면에 형성된 투명필름점착제층(40,40`)과, 상기 투명필름점착제층(40,40`) 외부에 형성된 투명필름(2,2`)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 투명필름 코팅지.
- 투명필름코팅지의 제조방법에 있어서,제1공정(미세엠보싱 처리된 이형지 제조)이형지((1)일반용지)가 공급되면서 이형지(1)의 상하부에 PE분산기(5,5`)에 의해 PE가 분산되어 일반용지 표면에 얇게 코팅시킨 후 건조기(6,6`)에 의해 건조시키면서, 미세엠보싱롤(7) 사이를 상기 PE코팅된 이형지가 통과되면서, PE코팅부분만 미세엠보싱(30,30`)처리된 상태로 이형지(10)를 제조한 다음,제2공정(투명필름점착제제조)2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트10중량부, 부틸아크릴레이트8중량부, 에틸아크릴레이트5중량부, 비닐아세테이트5중량부, 에틸아세테이트50중량부,메칠알콜15중량부, 톨루엔20중량부 기타 결합제 미량 등을 혼합하여 투명필름점착제를 제조한 후에,제3공정 (투명필름점착제 코팅)제2공정에서 제조된 투명필름 점착제가 함침된 롤러(4,4`)에 투명필름(2,2`)이 통과하면서 도포량은 0.5~0.6g/m2(건조기준)으로, 일정두께의 점착제층을 형성한 다음, 100℃에서 30초동안 건조시켜 점도는 25℃에서 250±50cps 인 점착제층(40,40`)이 형성된 투명필름을 제조한 다음,제4공정(투명필름지에 이형지 부착)상기 제3공정과 같이 제조된 점착제층(40,40`)이 형성된 투명필름지(2,2`)에 제1공정에서 제조된 이형지(10)를 투명필름 코팅지 합체롤(8)을 통과시켜 이형지(10)가 부착된 투명필름 코팅지를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 투명필름 코팅지의 제조방법.
- 투명필름코팅지 제조장치에 있어서,이형지가 권취된 이형지롤(1)에서 이형지를 통과시킨 후, PE가 살포시키는 PE살포기(5, 5`)와, 상기 PE살포기(5, 5`)를 통과한 이형 지를 건조시키는 건조기(6,6`)와, 상기 건조기(6,6`)를 통과한 이형지에 적층된 PE층에 미세 엠보싱을 형성시키는 미세엠보싱롤(7)과,투명필름이 권취된 투명필름롤(2,2`)에서 투명필름을 통과되며, 점착제가 내장된 점착제통(3,3`)과, 상기 점착제통(3,3`)에 일부가 함침된 점착롤(4,4`)과, 상기와 같이 준비된 미세엠보싱 처리된 이형지(10)와 점착제층(40,40`)이 형성된 투명필름(2,2`)를 합체시키는 투명필름 코팅지 합체롤(8)을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 투명필름 코팅지의 제조장치.
