Claims (4)
- 초미세 나노금속분말을 사용하는 금속사출성형용 피드스톡의 제조에 있어서, 나노미터크기의 금속분말과 유기결합제를 유기결합제가 녹는 온도 이상 가열하여 서로 혼합하는 혼합단계와,상기 혼합단계에서 얻어진 혼합물을 상기 유기결합제가 유동성을 갖는 온도로 가열하여 과립형태로 제조하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 혼합단계 및 상기 과립화 단계는 공기에 노출되지 않은 상태로 연속적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 금속사출성형용 나노금속분말 피드스톡 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 두 단계는 불활성 또는 보호성 가스로 채워진 청정설비에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 금속사출성형용 나노금속분말 피드스톡 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 나노미터크기의 금속분말은 W-Cu, Fe-Ni, Fe-Cu, Fe-Ni-Mo 중에서 선택된 1종이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속사출성형용 나노금속분말 피드스톡 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속분말은 나노미터 크기의 Al2O3를 함유할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속사출성형용 나노금속분말 피드스톡 제조방법.
