- 화학식 1의 화합물을 촉매로 사용하여 화학식 2의 올레핀 화합물을 비대칭 산화반응시켜 대응하는 비대칭 에폭시드 화합물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭 에폭시드 화합물의 제조방법[화학식 1]여기서, R1과 R2는 각각 페닐이거나 둘이 함께 6환의 고리를 형성하며,X 는 아세틸 또는 할로겐을 의미하고,*로 표시된 탄소는 비대칭(chiral)탄소로서 R 또는 S 구조를 의미함.[화학식 2]여기서, R3는 수소이며,R4는 수소 혹은 C1- C3알킬 또는 페닐기이고R5는 C1- C3알킬 또는 -COOCH3, -COOC2H5이거나 혹은 페닐과 함께 고리를 형성하여와 같은 구조를 의미하며, 여기서 Y 는 수소, -CN, -COCH3또는-COOR6(R6은 수소 또는 C1- C3알킬)임.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 화학식 2의 올레핀 화합물은 하기 반응식 3 내지 9로 이루어진 군에서 하나 선택된 반응식 중의 출발물질이고, 대응하는 비대칭 에폭시드 화합물은 상기 선택된 반응식 중의 생성 물질인 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법[반응식 3][반응식 4][반응식 5][반응식 6][반응식 7][반응식 8][반응식 9]
