Claims (6)
- 양측으로 플랜지가 형성된 연결관의 내부에 자력발생부를 설치하여 이송되는 용수의 스케일을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 자력발생부를 수개의 막대자석을 N극과 S극이 일정하게 배열되도록 고정캡에 의해 판형태로 형성하고, 그 일단의 각 극성이 상호 교호되게 고정시키면서 상기 다수의 판형태 사이에는 다수의 유로가 형성되도록 일정거리를 이격시켜 설치하되, 그 유로의 전체 단면적은 자력발생부의 전체 단면적 보다 20% 이상을 초과하지 않도록 형성시킴과 아울러 그 유로의 인입부분의 유속을 평균 6m/ses 이상으로 용수를 통과시키는 자력을 이용한 스케일 억제방법.
- 양측으로 플랜지가 형성된 연결관의 내부에 유로가 형성되도록 다수의 막대자석이 설치되어 형성되는 자력발생부를 구비한 스케일 방지장치에 있어서, 상기 자력발생부(1)는 중심에서 양측으로 점차적으로 작은 길이를 가지며 내측면에는 끼움홈(14a)이 형성되어 다수의 막대자석(12)을 같은 극성이 위치하도록 선단과 끝단으로 형성되는 자성체인 고정캡(14)으로 적층시켜 형성되는 수개의 자석판부(10)와; 상기 자석판부(10)의 일단의 극성이 상이하도록 상기 선단과 끝단의 고정캡(12) 외주연으로 고정링(30)을 결합고정하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자력을 이용한 스케일 억제장치.
