Description
Claims (3)
- 냉매를 고온 고압의 가스로 변환하는 압축기(11) → 고온고압의 가스를 액화하는 컨덴서(12) → 수분과 먼지등을 제거하고 냉방부하에 맞게 필요한 양을 증발기로 공급할 수 있도록 냉매를 일시저장하는 리시버드라이어(13) → 증발기에서 열교환이 용이하도록 저온 저압의 서리와 같은 형태로 만드는 팽창밸브(15) → 블로워유니트(16)에 의하여 유입되는 공기와 열교환하여 냉기를 생성하는 증발기(17)로 구성되며, 증발기(17)를 거친 냉매는 다시 압축기(11)로 순환반복하는 자동차용 에어컨시스템(10)에서 냉매공급을 위한 수단으로 연결블럭(21)과 냉매파이프(20)을 연결함에 있어서;상기 냉매파이프(20)의 연결부위 단부(22)에는 타 냉매파이프와 연결할 수 있도록 직경을 확대한 연결부(23)를 형성하고;상기 냉매파이프(20)가 결합되는 연결블럭(21)상에는 냉매파이프(20)가 삽입될 수 있도록 형성하는 결합공(24)과;상기 결합공(24)의 양측면에는 삽입된 냉매파이프(20)를 고정시키기 위한 고정홈(25)을 형성하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에어컨시스템의 냉매파이프 연결구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 고정홈(25)에는 연결부(23)후미에 개재되는 오링(26)이 위치하여 냉매파이프(20)를 고정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에어컨시스템의 냉매파이프 연결구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 고정홈(25)에는 연결블럭(21)의 두께만큼의 간격을 두고 냉매파이프(21)에 형성하는 코킹(27)이 위치하여 냉매파이프(21)를 고정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에어컨시스템의 냉매파이프 연결구조.
