Claims (2)
- (A) 멜라민-포름알데히드 전중합체와 물을 혼합하여 10%∼70%의 고형분을 제조하는 단계와; (B) 상기의 고형분을 25∼55℃에서 교반한 후 pH를 8이상의 염기성으로 조절하는 단계와; (C) 유화제를 물에 용해한 후 pH를 8이상의 염기성으로 조절하여 유화액을 제조하는 단계와; (D) 상기의 유화액에 (B)단계의 멜라민-포름알데히드 전중합체 고형분을 혼합한 다음 반응온도를 40∼70℃로 조절하는 단계와; (E) 상기의 반응혼합액의 pH를 6이하의 산성으로 조절하여 10∼70분 중합하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 단분산성 멜라민-포름알데히드 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (C)단계의 유화제는 트라이톤-엑스 405(Triton X-405), 트윈 20(Tween 20)의 비이온성 유화제, 아라빅 검(Arabic gum), 소듐라우릴설페이트(Sodiumlaurylsulfate), 다우팩스 2A1(Dowfax 2A1)의 음이온성 유화제로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종이상 선택되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단분산성 멜라민-포름알데히드 입자의 제조방법.
