Abstract

본 발명은 녹색 또는 적색의 장식조명을 발현할 수 있는 유색화염양초에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 유색화염양초는 지방산으로 제조된 파이프형태의 외피물질내에 녹색발현의 유색화염조성물 또는 적색발현의 유색화염조성물, 프로필렌 글리콜, 에틸알코올, 스테아린산과, 경화제로 조성되는 유색화염발현물질이 주입응고되어 구성된다. 본 발명은 유색화염양초의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Description

유색화염양초와 그 제조방법 {COLORED FLAME CANDLE AND METHOD THEREOF}
본 발명은 연소시 녹색 또는 적색의 장식조명을 발현하는 무심지형의 유색화염양초와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
종래 장식용으로서 사용되는 양초는 심지를 갖는 파라핀 양초로서 심지에서 파라핀의 연소로 화염이 발생된다. 이러한 양초의 화염은 투명백색 또는 황색의 화염으로서 현란한 장식조명을 요구하는 실내장식 또는 축제용 장식에 이용하는 경우 그 장식효과가 떨어지는 점이 있었다. 또한 이러한 통상적인 양초는 심지를 필수적으로 요구하고 있으므로 그 제조과정이 복잡한 결점이 있었다.
본 발명에 있어서는 종래의 이러한 점을 감안하여 창안한 것으로, 연소시 녹색 또는 적색의 장식조명을 발현할 수 있고 연소시 유독물질 또는 공해물질을 발생하지않으며 심지가 사용되지 않음으로서 제조가 간단한 유색화염양초를 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은 이러한 유색화염양초의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 제1관점에 따라서 본 발명은 지방산으로 제조된 파이프형태의 외피물질내에 녹색발현의 유색화염조성물 또는 적색발현의 유색화염조성물, 프로필렌 글리콜, 에틸알코올, 스테아린산과, 경화제로 조성되는 유색화염발현물질이 주입응고되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유색화염양초를 제공한다. 상기 녹색발현의 유색화염조성물이 붕산염용액이고 적색발현의 유색화염조성물이 금속스트론튬 또는 금속 리튬 콜로이드용액이다.
또한 본 발명은 연소시 유색의 화염을 발생하는 유색화염양초의 제조방법을 제공하는 바, 이 방법이 지방산으로 제조된 파이프형태의 외피물질을 제공하는 단계, 붕산염용액으로 조성되는 녹색발현의 유색화염조성물, 또는 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬 콜로이드용액으로 조성되는 적색발현의 유색화염조성물을 포함하는 유색화염발현물질을 제공하는 단계와, 상기 유색화염발현물질을 가열용융된 상태에서 외피물질에 주입하여 응고시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징한다.

도 1과 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 유색화염양초(10)를 보인 것으로, 이는 중심코아를 구성하는 유색화염발현물질(12)과 이를 둘러싸고 있는 외피물질(14)로 구성된다.
본 발명에 따라서, 유색화염발현물질(12)은 연소시 녹색 또는 적색의 찬란한 장식조명을 발현하는 물질로 조성되며, 외피물질(14)은 스테아린산 등의 지방산으로 제조되는 파이프의 형태로서 그 내부에 주입되어 응고되는 유색화염발현물질(12)을 지지한다. 이는 유색화염발현물질(12)의 연소시 유색화염발현물질(12)보다 느리게 용융되면서 먼저 용융되어 연소되는 유색화염발현물질(12)을 수용하는 역할을 한다.
유색화염발현물질(12)은 연소시 녹색 또는 적색의 찬란한 장식조명을 발현시키는 역할을 하는 발색제로서 녹색발현의 유색화염조성물 또는 적색발현의 유색화염조성물을 포함한다.
상기 유색화염발현물질중에서 녹색발현의 유색화염조성물은 20 중량%의 붕산염과 80 중량%의 에틸알코올을 혼합하여 얻는 붕산염용액이다.
적색발현의 유색화염조성물은 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬을 이용하여 얻는 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬콜로이드용액이다. 이러한 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬콜로이드용액은 전해조에 알코올과 물의 혼합물인 알코올용액을 준비하고 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬을 양극으로 하여 30℃의 온도에서 DC 12V와 10∼15Amp/cm2의 전압 및 전류조건으로 알코올용액내에 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬의 함유량이 약 5%가 되도록 전기분해하고, 이로써 얻은 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬함유용액을 고압오븐내에서 약 250℃로 밀폐가열하여 안정화된 금속스트론튬 또는 금속리튬콜로이드용액을 얻는다.
이러한 녹색발현의 유색화염조성물 또는 적색발현의 유색화염조성물로 구성되는 유색화염발현물질(12)은 다음의 조성으로 구성된다.

프로필렌 글리콜 3 - 5 중량%
에틸알코올 70 - 79 중량%
스테아린산 3 - 5 중량%
경화제(NaOH) 5 - 10 중량%
이와 같은 유색화염발현물질의 성분은 균일하게 혼합한 후 스텐레스 스틸용기에서 80℃로 가열한 다음 사전에 스테아린산 등의 지방산으로 제조된 파이프형태의 외피물질(14)내에 주입하여 자연냉각시킴으로서 외피물질(14)내에서 응고되게하여 본 발명의 유색화염양초를 얻는다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 연소시 녹색 또는 적색의 장식조명을 발현할 수 있고 연소시 유독물질 또는 공해물질을 발생하지않으며 심지가 사용되지 않음으로서 제조가 간단한 잇점을 준다.
또한 본 발명의 유색화염양초는 심지가 없는 무심지의 형태인 것이 설명되었으나 불꽃의 크기를 한정적으로 작게 하거나 또는 단순조명용으로 사용하기 위하여 심지가 사용될 수 있다. 이 경우에 연소시 심지가 탄화되지 않아 연속적인 연소의 유지가 가능하다.

  3. 발색제로서 붕산이온 또는 금속원소를 사용하여 연소시 유색의 화염을 발생하는 유색화염양초의 제조방법에 있어서,
    지방산으로 제조된 파이프형태의 외피물질을 제공하는 단계;
    발색제 10-19 중량%, 에틸알코올 70-79 중량%, 프로필렌글리콜 3-5 중량%, 스테아린산 3-5 중량% 및 경화제 5-10 중량%로 이루어진 유색화염발현물질(12)을 제공하는 단계;
    상기 외피물질(14) 내부에 상기 유색화염발현물질(12)을 가열용융된 상태에서 주입하여 응고시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유색화염양초의 제조방법.
