Claims (8)
- 금속산화물이 코팅된 간섭색을 갖는 운모에 1∼20중량%의 코발트산화물이 코팅되어 갈색 또는 녹색의 반사색을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 운모.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 이산화티탄, 이산화지르코늄, 산화크롬 및 산화비스무스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나임을 특징으로 하는 이색성 운모.
- 금속산화물로 코팅된 운모에 1∼20중량%의 코발트산화물이 형성되도록 코발트염을 코팅시킨 다음, 이를 80∼90℃에서 열가수분해 또는 중화시켜 상기 코발트염을 코발트수산화물로 전환시키는 단계;상기 코발트수산화물이 코팅된 생성물을 90∼100℃에서 건조시키는 단계; 및상기 건조된 코발트수산화물이 코팅된 운모를 700∼900℃에서 소성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 운모의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코발트염이 황산코발트, 염화코발트, 탄산코발트 및 코발트아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 이색성 운모의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코발트염이 코발트수산화물로 전환되는 비율이 시간당 8% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 이색성 운모의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 소성된 코발트산화물이 코팅된 운모를 산처리하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 운모의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산처리 단계는 황산, 염산, 불산 및 질산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 산 수용액을 1∼2중량%의 농도로 첨가하여 50∼60℃에서 수시간 동안 교반시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이색성 운모의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 이색성 운모를 은행권, 유가증권, 신분증 및 중요문서의 복사방지용 특수잉크, 고급화장품 안료, 자동차 도료 또는 플라스틱 충진제로 사용하는 방법.
