Claims (3)
- 스캔 라인신호와 데이터 라인신호를 입력으로 구동하는 구동소자에 있어서,전원과 연결되어 전하를 축적하는 커패시터와,상기 커패시터에 축적된 전하를 구동부의 제어단자에 인가해 상기 구동소자를 발광시키는 구동부와,상기 스캔 라인 신호를 이용하여 상기 데이터 라인신호가 상기 커패시터에 인가되도록 스위칭하는 스위치부와,상기 데이터 라인과 스캔 라인의 펄스폭을 조절하여 상기 구동부의 구동시간을 조절하는 펄스변조부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 펄스변조부는 입력되는 복수개의 비트 중 일부를 그레이 레벨에 따라 서로 다른 펄스폭을 가진 구동펄스로 변조하고 동시에 다른 비트로는 전류의 크기를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동부와 구동소자 사이에 병렬로 연결되어 상기 구동소자의 양극(anode)쪽이 일정한 전압 이하로 내려가는 것을 방지하는 전압 보호용 다이오드를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동 장치.
