Claims (3)
- 기준전류를 미러링하는 커런트 미러부와,제너 다이오드의 브랙다운 전압을 이용하여 상기 기준전류를 트리밍하는 커런트 트리밍부와,패키지시 와이어의 선택적 본딩을 통한 저항비를 이용하여 상기 미러링을 위한 기준전류의 가변범위를 조정하는 기준전류 가변조정부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커런트 트리밍 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기준전류 가변조정부는 전원전압단에 연결되어 상기 커런트 미러부로 기준전류를 전달하는 제 1 트랜지스터와,콜렉터가 상기 전원전압단에 연결되고 에미터와 베이스가 공통으로 연결되어 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 베이스와 연결되는 제 2 트랜지스터와,상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 에미터와 접지전압단 사이에 시리얼하게 연결된 복수개의 저항소자와,상기 각 저항소자들 사이에서 선택적 분기접속되는 본딩 패드들을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커런트 트리밍 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 저항소자들은 상기 제 2 트랜지스터와 상기 접지전압단 사이에 시리얼하게 연결된 두 개의 제 1 저항과 제 2 저항을 포함하는 것을특징으로 하는 커런트 트리밍 장치.
