Claims (3)
- 가스를 진공챔버 밖으로 배출시키는 방법에 있어서, 전극판으로 방전시켜 전기장 또는 페닝방전을 위한 자기장이 부여된 전자기장에서 이온화된 가스에 운동량을 전달하여 챔버의 가스배출구 방향으로 가스를 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 한 가스의 이온화에 의한 배출로 진공화하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이온화된 가스에 운동량을 전달하여 챔버(12)의 가스배출구(14)방향으로 배출시킬 수 있도록 전극판(13A, 13B)을 경사지게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스의 이온화에 의한 배출로 진공화하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이온화된 가스에 운동량을 전달하여 챔버(22)의 가스배출구(24)방향으로 배출시킬 수 있도록 챔버내에 그리드(27)를 설치하여 전기장을 인가함으로써 가속전압을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스의 이온화에 의한 배출로 진공화하는 방법.
