Claims (3)
- 캔들형 세라믹필터를 사용하는 고온 고압 가스정제용 집진장치에 있어서, 상부의 가스유입구(1)와 하부의 분진배출구(2) 사이에 수개의 단으로 분리 설치된 캔들형 세라믹필터(10)와, 상기 세라믹필터(10) 각 단의 높이에 맞게 그 단부의 높이가 각각 다르게 형성되며 집진기의 중앙부에 수직방향으로 설치되고 분진이 포함된 가스를 유입시키는 다수개의 원통관으로 되고 가스유입구(1)와 연통하고 있는 산기관(7)(8)(9)과, 상기 세라믹필터(10) 각 단의 상부 일측에 가스배출관(3)과 연통된 가스배출구(4)와, 상기 세라믹필터(10) 각 단의 상부 일측에 설치한 출입구(15)로 구성하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고온고압 가스정제용 집진기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각 단의 세라믹필터(10)는 필터시이트(11)와 집적되어 있으며 이 필터시이트(11)의 직상방에는 역세정노즐(12)이 각 세라믹필터(10)의 상단과 대접되게 설치되고 상기 역세정노즐(12)은 매니폴더(13) 및 역세정가스투입구 (14)와 연통되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 고온고압 가스정제용 집진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 단의 세라믹필터(10) 상부에는 깔대기 형상의 지붕(5)이 있으며 이 지붕이 하향절곡되어 원통관으로 되고 산기관(7)(8)(9)의 각 단부가 위치하는 분진차단판(6)으로 이루어진 격리벽이 세라믹필터(10) 상방 및 측방의 노출을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온고압 가스정제용 집진기.
