Claims (5)
- 밀리미터파 대역 이상의 전자기파 이미지를 검출하기 위해 매트릭스 구조로 배열된 감지센서를 구비한 전자기파 검출장치에 있어서,상기 감지센서는 기판 상에 열전쌍으로 이용할 수 있는 서로 다른 이종금속 중 어느 하나의 금속물질로 형성된 다이폴 안테나와;상기 각 다이폴 안테나에 서로 다른 이종금속으로 형성된 급전부 저항체와;상기 서로 다른 이종 금속 중 상기 다이폴 안테나를 형성하는 금속물질과 다른 금속물질로 된 상기 저항체가 연장되어 다이폴 안테나와 열전쌍을 형성하는 전자기파 검출장치의 감지센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 다이폴 안테나 사이에 히터가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 검출장치의 감지센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 다이폴 안테나 사이에 히터가 형성되고, 상기 안테나 및 히터 위에 절연막이 형성되며, 상기 절연막 위에 위에 이종금속으로 된 열전쌍이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 검출장치의 감지센서.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 히터의 하부에 에어 갭(air-gap)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 검출장치의 감지센서.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 히터의 하부에 멤브레인이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기파 검출장치의 감지센서.
