Claims (8)
- 식물의 화분의 위치에서 플라보놀의 생성 또는 활성을 차단하여 발아 및 관생장능력을 억제시킨 조건 수 임성 식물을 얻고 화분과 수정능력 회복 플라보놀을 접촉시켜 식물의 발아 또는 관생장능력을 회복시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 여기서 수정능력 회복 플라보놀은 하기의 식의 화합물의 것을 특징으로 하는 식물의 수정능력을 조절하는 방법:여기서 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R7및 R8은 수소, 히드록실 또는 1 내지 3 탄소 원자를 갖는 알콕시이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식물에서 플라바논-3-히드록실라제의 생성 또는 활성을 억제시킴으로써 식물에서의 플라보놀 생성을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식물에서 칼콘 신타아제의 생성 또는 활성을 억제시킴으로써 식물에서의 플라보놀 생성을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1내지 R5중 두 개 이하는 히드록실 또는 메톡시이고 나머지 R1내지 R5은 수소이고, R7및 R8은 수소, 히드록실 또는 메톡시인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수정능력 회복 플라보놀은 갈란긴, 캠프페롤, 이소람네틴, 케르세틴 및 모린으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 플라보노이드-결핍, 조건 수 임성 식물에 식물 수정능력을 회복시키는 방법으로서, 그 식물의 화분의 발아 또는 관 생장을 증가시키는데 효과적인 양만큼의 수정능력 회복 플라보놀과 그 식물의 화분을 접촉시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 수정능력회복 플라보놀은 하기의 식의 화합물인 것을 포함하는 방법:여기서 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7및 R8은 수소, 히드록실 또는 1 내지 3 탄소 원자를 갖는 알콕시이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1내지 R5중 두 개 이하는 히드록실 또는 메톡시이고 나머지 R1내지 R5는 수소이고, R7및 R8은 수소, 히드록실 또는 메톡시인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수정능력 회복 플라보놀은 갈란긴, 캠프페롤, 이소-람네틴, 케르세틴 및 모린으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
