Claims (7)
- 오일펌프에서 발생된 유압을 일정한 압력 진폭을 갖는 라인압으로 제어하고, 토오크 컨버터를 비롯한 변속기 윤활부로 유압을 공급하는 라인압 컨트롤 수단;상기 라인압 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 라인압을 리듀싱압으로 제어하여 각 솔레노이드 밸브로 공급하는 리듀싱압 컨트롤 수단;상기 라인압 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 라인압을 각 레인지에 상응하는 관로로 공급 및 배출하는 레인지 컨트롤 수단;상기 리듀싱압 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 리듀싱압을 제어하므로 상기 레인지 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 유압을 간접적으로 압력 제어하여, 독립적으로 리어 클러치, 앤드 클러치, 로우-리버스 브레이크, 프론트 클러치, 세컨 브레이크에 선택적으로 공급 및 배출하는 유압 제어 수단을 포함하며, 유압 제어 수단은 리듀싱압 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 리듀싱압을 각각 제어하는 제1,2,3,4솔레노이드 밸브;상기 제1,2,3,4솔레노이드 밸브의 제어압에 의하여 각각 제어되어, 레인지 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 유압을 압력 제어하여, 리어 클러치, 앤드 클러치. 로우-리버스 브레이크, 프론트 클러치, 세컨 브레이크에 독립적으로 각각 공급 및 배출시키는 제1,2,3,4압력 컨트롤 밸브를 포함하는 자동변속기용 유압 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 라인압 컨트롤 수단은 레인지 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 제어되어 오일펌프로부터 공급되는 유압을 라인압으로 제어하는 레귤레이터 밸브;상기 레귤레이터 밸브에 연결되는 토오크 컨버터 컨트롤 밸브;상기 토오크 컨버터 컨트롤 밸브로부터 유압으로 댐퍼 클러치를 작동 및 해방시키면서 그 유압을 토오크 컨버터에 경유 및 비경유시켜 변속기 윤활부로 유압을 공급하는 댐퍼 클러치 컨트롤 밸브를 포함하는 자동변속기용 유압 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 리듀싱압 컨트롤 수단은 라인압 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 제어되어, 라인압을 리듀싱압으로 감압시켜 공급하도록 구성되는 리듀싱 밸브로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 유압 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 프론트 클러치는 레인지 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 직접 작동 해방되도록 유압 회로를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 유압 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 제3압력 컨트롤 밸브는 세컨 브레이크의 서보 릴리이스에 유압을 공급 배출시킬 수 있도록 유압 회로를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 유압 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 제4압력 컨트롤 밸브는 세컨 브레이크의 서보 어플라이와 로우-리버스 브레이크에 선택적으로 유압을 공급 배출시킬 수 있도록 스위치 밸브에 연결되는 유압 회로를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 유압 제어 시스템.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 스위치 밸브는 레인지 컨트롤 수단으로부터 공급되는 유압에 의하여 서보 어플라이와 로우-리버스 브레이크로 공급 배출되는 유로를 선택하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 유압 제어 시스템.
